Senior Metal Bellows is looking for a Machine Shop Manager in Madison, NH to lead operations and personnel management of the facility. Responsible for driving operational excellence, coaching a skilled team, and improving manufacturing processes, this role provides a hands-on leadership approach ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of manufacturing leadership experience and be proficient in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. This position is on-site and plays a crucial role in shaping the future of operations.
This role is responsible for the overall leadership, operation, and performance of our Madison, NH machine shop. The Machine Shop Manager provides hands‑on leadership for shop floor operations, workforce development, safety, quality, and customer delivery while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork. The ideal candidate combines strong machining expertise with proven people leadership skills and the ability to drive operational excellence.
This position has full responsibility for site operations and personnel management but does not have direct Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility.
