Maintain and perform daily preventative maintenance and supply all milling machine related needs. Troubleshoot and solve minor to semi-complex problems and issues.**Position Responsibilities:*** Setup and prepare machinery for production.* Full knowledge of how to read blueprints, customer drawings and all technical information.* Load/unload fixtures and specific programs for machine set up.* Maintains better than average productivity.* Maintains high accuracy on all functions.* Mentors’ other employees.* Works on moderate scope of machinery set-up complexity.* Has the ability to identify potential issues and resolve efficiently.* Escalates issues to supervisor only when out of their knowledge base to resolve.* Provides guidance or direction, training, and technical assistance to junior level support.* Contributes to employee’s development.**Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:*** Ability to read and understand blueprints, customer drawings, and all technical information.* Strong mechanical, technical and analytical skills.**Position Qualifications:****Education:**High school diploma or equivalent**Experience:**2+ years of experience with machinery in a production or machine shop environment required**Work Environment and Physical Requirements:**Manufacturing EnvironmentLift up to 50 lbs. regularlyRequires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of timeVision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer***Disclaimer**: This list does not represent all physical demands.
