Job summary

Moog Inc. in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Machine Repair Technician III - 1st Shift to maintain and improve precision manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot complex systems, and support new installations in a world-class aerospace setting.

The ideal candidate has about 5 years of repair or machinist experience, strong CNC repair skills, and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and controls systems. This onsite role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; an Associates in Electrical Technologies is highly desired.
• About 5 years of repair or machinist experience with CNC repair exposure preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to perform complex CNC repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair complex machinery in team or solo settings with precise alignments.
• Support Buffalo (Moog East Aurora) production requirements and machinery upkeep.
• Use Maximo CMMS to document work logs, inventory use, and hours.
• Maintain and upgrade personal PC skills as software is released.
• Stay updated on new machine technologies through OEM training.
• Travel domestically and internationally to support acquisitions and training.
