Blue Origin is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to develop machining strategies and programs for high-precision hardware. The role involves programming Mills, Lathes, and multi-axis machines, plus tool design and fixture development.
You will collaborate with designers and machinists to ensure manufacturability and on-time delivery. This position requires extensive hands-on machining experience, strong GD&T skills, and the ability to create setup sheets and engineering feedback for process

This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. Produces machined parts, products, or components by programming and operating computer numerical control (CNC) production equipment. Prepares, programs, and operates CNC machinery. Develops, edits, or modifies operation sequences based on manufacturing sketches, blueprints, or schematics. Sets up machinery for production runs, operates machinery to meet quality and productivity standards, and troubleshoots and resolves errors or discrepancies.
