Job summary

Manpower is hiring Warehouse/Distribution Associates in Lakeville, MA to support Acushnet Company, home of the Titleist brand. Quick interviews and a fast-moving process mean you could start in days, with 1st shift 6:00am–2:30pm and 2nd shift 2:30pm–11:00pm.

You’ll handle materials, stock replenishment, picking, and shipping in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout an 8–10 hour shift
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Handle materials for receiving, replenishment, picking, and shipping
• Support different warehouse tasks based on daily needs
• Unload inbound cartons and prepare them for storage
• Replenish picking locations (pallet, case, and unit levels)
• Pick customer orders (case and unit level)
• Load cartons and pallets onto outbound trailers

• 1st Shift:Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm; $19.38/h
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM;$20.15/h

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in getting our products out to golfers around the world. Day-to-day, you’ll:

• Handle materials for receiving, replenishment, picking, and shipping
