Job description

Future Opening: Machine Operators, Tool Maker & QC Inspector

CNC machine shop with immediate openings for machine operators, tool makers, QC inspectors, and set‑up personnel on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Must have 3+ years’ experience and be able to operate and program a range of CNC equipment including lathe, mill, waterjet, laser, Swiss screw, and wire EDM machines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes, CNC mills, waterjet, laser, Swiss screw machines and wire EDM equipment.
• Program CNC machines and ensure accurate operation.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve minor machine hardware and software issues during set‑up.
• Forecast and correct potential problems at the programming stage.
• Read, interpret, and verify blueprints and drawings.
• Assist and direct junior personnel as needed.
• Work overtime and Saturdays as required.
• Provide input for continuous improvement and new ideas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a CNC machine operator, tool maker, or QC inspector.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/CAM for programming roles.
• Ability to operate a CNC machining center independently.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to foresee issues.
• Capacity to read, understand, and follow blueprints.
• Capable of drafting corrections when required.
• Team‑player who can also give direct instruction.
