Pay starts at $20.00+ per hour, depending on experience, with room for growth based on performance. Key tasks include operating and monitoring machinery, assisting with setup, loading materials, inspecting products, and promptly reporting issues to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing/production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery according to established procedures and work instructions.
• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers to ensure smooth production flow.
• Load raw materials and unload finished products from production equipment efficiently.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, defects, or safety concerns promptly.
