Key Responsibilities:


Machine Operator

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery according to company standards.
  • Ensure machinery is running smoothly and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments during operation.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Assist with loading/unloading materials into machines as needed.
  • Safely operate forklifts or bobcats to move, load, and unload materials.
  • Transport raw materials, finished products, and supplies throughout the facility.
  • Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance needs.
  • Support production teams by ensuring consistent material flow.
  • Follow all safety procedures and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

  • Must have 1-2 years of experience operating machinery.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Previous machine operating or forklift experience is a plus, but not required.

Physical demands:
