Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Machine Operator - Windows Helper in Franklin, OH. Night shift 7pm–7am; starting pay $20.05 per hour. You’ll prepare materials, feed into machinery, and inspect products for quality to ready them for the next production step.

This fast-paced role requires attention to detail, reliability and teamwork. You’ll read production orders, complete daily paperwork, assist with setup, maintain a clean work area, and participate in safety programs.

Overview

A successful window helper will be responsible for preparing materials for processing, feed them into machinery, inspect finished products for quality, and prepare the product to be ready for the next production process. This role is fast paced and requires attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Read & understand Production Orders
• Assist the Operator with set-up and/or change over activities as directed

Qualifications

• Stable work history: Preferably six months experience in a manufacturing environment or other physical labor job is strongly preferred
• Commitment to an accident-free and drug-free workplace

• Strong work ethic evidenced by enthusiasm, positive attitude, and high energy level
