Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire is seeking four team members to learn and operate high-speed bindery equipment, with training provided. You’ll work on the floor, setting up cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders, while ensuring product quality and meeting daily goals.

We offer full-time hours with overtime, a safety-focused environment, and opportunities to grow with a reputable print manufacturer. No bindery experience required—we’ll train you to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Take pride in doing quality work.
• Show up reliably and work well with a team.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who:

It’s a plus if you have

• Print, bindery, or finishing experience

Physical & Work Environment

• On your feet for most of the shift
• Fast-paced, team-oriented production floor
• Lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally
