Qualifications

• Must have machine operator experience from raw material to finished product state.
• Ability to perform basic Preventative Maintenance on machines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing work history.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs. regularly.

Responsibilities

• Understand machine mechanics (unwind, knives, rollers, web).
• Understand materials used in manufacturing.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis related to machine operation and quality.
