Qualifications

• Must have physical stamina for repetitive tasks in manufacturing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent standing and movement required.
• Capable of operating a computer and providing basic data.

Responsibilities

• Load production files and prepare machines for operation.
• Assist in setting up and adjusting equipment for daily production runs.
• Monitor machine performance and report issues.
• Perform basic visual inspections for quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Replenish materials and consumables.
• Collaborate with operators to meet production targets.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Document basic production data and support continuous improvement.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
