Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production equipment following Standard Operating Procedures to ensure products are produced in accordance with production schedules and quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure machines operate at peak efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and make minor repairs to production equipment as needed to minimize downtime.
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures, including wearing PPE and Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
  • Adhere to company policies and practices.
  • Monitor and report updates for the production process to identify and correct issues that may affect product quality or consistency.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, such as equipment performance and product yields.
  • Communicate with other plant personnel regarding production schedules, equipment issues, and product quality.
  • Participate in training programs to develop knowledge and skills related to production equipment and processes.
  • Maintains a clean work area.

Job Summary

Our Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring that products are produced in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. A Machine Operator has experience working in a food manufacturing environment and a commitment to quality and safety.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate and monitor production equipment following Standard Operating Procedures to ensure that products are producedin accordance withproduction schedules and quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance on equipment, to ensure that machinesoperateat peak efficiency.

Troubleshoot and make minor repairs to production equipment as needed to minimize downtime.
