Hog Slat, Inc. is seeking Machine Operators to join our steel fabrication team on 1st (6am-2pm) and 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) in Newton Grove, NC.

We’re looking for employees who thrive in a fast-paced shop environment and take pride in the quality of their work. The ideal candidate has an understanding of touch screen automation, manufacturing experience (training provided as needed), and a stable work history.

• Experience preferred in manufacturing, but will train the right candidate.
• Stable work history required.
• Satisfactory reference check, drug screening and criminal background check required.
• Forklift experience

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as business conditions change.

• Work from provided material to produce steel rods and welded mats
• Verify conformance of work piece to specifications
• Adhere to all safety procedures

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
