Job summary

Agrati Group in Ohio is seeking skilled Machine Operators in the areas of Tapping, Cold Forming, and Camera Sort. You will set up and operate mechanical equipment, monitor quality, and support continuous improvements on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate assigned mechanical equipment.
• Check that items produced pass quality control requirements.
• Perform complex troubleshooting of equipment and perform adjustments or repairs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications.
• Use required gaging instruments.
• Collaborate with team members to increase overall throughput.
• Assist Lead/Supervisor as needed.
• Consult with management and help with training.
• Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring.
• Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately.
• Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
• Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
