Job summary

Bell & Evans is seeking a Machine Operator on the second shift to join our Par Fry team in a hands-on production role. You will operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring output meets safety, quality, and customer specifications.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently while following established procedures and quality standards, including GMPs and food safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; or 1–3 months of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to communicate effectively with fellow team members in English.
• Read and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and other work-related documents.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production machinery while following all required safety procedures and operating guidelines.
• Monitor equipment during production and ensure machines are operating properly.
• Produce products according to established production schedules and customer specifications.
• Maintain a strong focus on food safety and product quality throughout the production process.
• Immediately identify and report any safety, quality, or equipment concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and GMPs.
• Read and follow operating, maintenance, safety, and procedural instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work effectively with fellow team members to meet department and production goals.
• Perform all required duties with minimal supervision.
• Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
