Job summary

Silk Road Technologies Canada is seeking a Production Operator in Lebanon, Tennessee to support manufacturing operations. You will follow standard sheets, load materials, inspect quality, and maintain accuracy in records.

The role requires basic math, teamwork, focus, and mechanical aptitude, with 2+ years operating large production equipment in a manufacturing setting. Regular attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Follow written instructions to determine production requirements and part specifications as displayed by work standard sheets.
• Manually loads blanks into machine and place parts into inventory baskets.
• Inspects components and assemblies visually for quality defects including scrap marks, rust, burrs, lamination, etc.
• Performs first piece inspection of set-up parts as required by Quality Inspection Instructions and/or as directed by supervisor.
• Records and reports production, quality and inventory information accurately.
• Labels and/or tags parts and baskets accurately.
• Operates Progressive or Transfer Press.
• Troubleshoots and diagnose production run issues.
• Understand that punctual and regular attendance is required.
• Assumes other duties as directed by supervisor
