Green Bay Packaging is seeking a manufacturing professional in Archbold, Ohio. The role involves machine setup, operating equipment, and ensuring quality throughout the run.

You will handle input orders, monitor the process, and maintain safety and housekeeping standards as part of a team that emphasizes safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement. • Prior work experience in manufacturing is preferred but not required.

• Machine set ups including pushing buttons, lifting soft plate or die boards, moving rails, setting up compression bed/strapper, setting up stripper section using die grinders, mounting cutting dies, setting load former.

Responsibilities:
- Machine set ups which could include tasks such as: pushing buttons, lifting soft plate or die boards, moving rails, setting up compression bed/ strapper, setting up stripper section using die grinders, mount cutting dies, setting load former, etc.

- Input orders and complete all paperwork associated with order.

- Monitor order throughout run and conduct systemic quality checks.

- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.

- Responsible for product safety and quality.

- Additional duties may be assigned by management.

Education & Experience:
