Job summary

Sysco is seeking an entry to mid-level production associate at our Florida facility. The role involves operating packing lines, setting up and monitoring equipment, and ensuring products meet quality specs during the packaging process.

You will match tickets, verify weights, and help maintain line speeds while adhering to safety protocols and yield targets. The position may require lifting and periodic physical effort on a fast-paced line.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely operate the machine for the intended purpose.
• Basic troubleshooting of machinery.
• Must be able to keep up with the line speed of machinery.
• Must be able to lift at times, meet yields, volume and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate a wide variety of machines.
• Responsible for the full life cycle of products through the Packaging Process.
• Match tickets with the product, perform a quality check of items/weights, ensure the product meets customer specifications, process orders through the Cyrovac machine, ensure accuracy, pack, and palletize.
