Olympic Steel, a leading metals producer, seeks an experienced machine operator to set up and operate cutting equipment, ensuring parts meet specifications and quality standards. You will also inspect output and prepare shipments from a warehouse setting.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of machine operation or related warehouse/production experience, ready to work in a fast-paced environment. This role is based in our Mount Sterling, KY facility.

• 2+ years of machine operation experience.
• Previous warehouse or production experience.

Competencies

• Knowledge of crane operation and lifting devices
• Skilled at measuring machined features using a variety of measuring instruments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2+ year of machine operation experience
• Previous warehouse or production experience
