Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a machine operator / quality and process adherence specialist in Middlefield, OH to help ensure every product meets high standards and that all steps are properly documented for audit readiness.

Responsibilities include strict adherence to SOPs, conducting in-process quality checks, completing all production paperwork, staging materials, and assisting with basic cleaning and maintenance to keep the work cell organized and compliant.

Job description

If you prioritize precision, quality, and strict process adherence, join us as a machine operator / quality and process adherence specialist! This critical role focuses on ensuring every product meets high standards and that all operational steps are documented correctly.

Your responsibilities:

• Process control: strictly adhere to all established standard operating procedures (sops) and manufacturing work instructions for the assigned machine.
• Quality assurance: perform systematic and documented in-process quality checks at required intervals, logging results accurately on control sheets or digital systems.
• Documentation: accurately complete all production paperwork, downtime logs, and quality documentation to ensure traceability and audit compliance.
• Material management: stage raw materials and components needed for the machine and manage the flow of finished goods efficiently.
• Machine maintenance: assist in scheduled basic cleaning and maintenance activities, ensuring the equipment and work cell are organized and audit-ready.
