JOB DESCRIPTION As our Night Shift Machine Operator, you will help Rust-Oleum deliver our product on time by operating, adjusting, and managing changeover on the line. To thrive you must have a high school diploma or GED and experience working high-speed equipment as a Machine Operator in a filling or packaging environment. Required Skills:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience with CNC Operations preferred.
• Ability to read and fully understand batch cards and instructions to effectively communicate directions to other associates.
• Ability to do basic math.
• Ability to read and understand various meters, scales and electronic read outs.
• Ability to enter computer data.
• Industrial experience is desirable.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to coordinate the work of others.
• Ability to solve problems in a team environment.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds

Salary Range: $24.20 - 33.90/hr. + $2.00/hr. Shift Differential
