ESAB in Traverse City is seeking Machine Operators / Wire Spoolers to join our hands-on production team. This role offers a stable schedule with a 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday) and long weekends, plus paid training and no experience required.

You will operate wire spooling machines, load and thread spools, and help maintain quality while tracking production data. Earn $19/hour plus a $1.50 shift premium in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
