IPL Schoeller in Indiana is seeking a Night Shift Machine Operator I to join our manufacturing team. The role covers manufacturing, inspection, packaging, and movement of products, with forklift operation supporting material flow across the facility.

This entry-level position emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of adapting to shift-based work including potential overtime.

• 0-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred; plastics industry experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred.

The role

Join our team as a Night Shift Machine Operator I and play a key role in producing quality products in a safe, fast-paced manufacturing environment. This entry-level position is responsible for manufacturing, inspecting, packaging, and moving products while meeting established safety, quality, and production standards. Forklift operation is also required to support material movement throughout the facility.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, dust, grease, and oils.
• Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 100 pounds.
