CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a Machine Operator for the night shift in Canton, Massachusetts. The role involves operating extrusion and production equipment, ensuring smooth production flow, and collaborating with Maintenance and Quality teams to uphold safety and quality standards.

Prior manufacturing experience is required. This full-time night position offers a 6 PM–6 AM schedule (Thu–Sat, plus every other Wednesday) with competitive pay of $22 per hour, and opportunities to develop

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• English reading/writing and communication required.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Previous manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with plastics, vinyl coating, lamination, printing, or extrusion is a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime and cover alternate shifts.
• Experience operating touch-screen controlled production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor extrusion and production equipment.
• Startup, shutdown, and routine operating activities.
• Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate concerns.
• Support continuous production flow while maintaining quality standards.
• Communicate with Maintenance, Quality, and Production teams.
• Identify and report safety hazards or equipment concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Machine Operator candidates for the Night Shift in the Canton, MA area. Are you mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and looking for a stable career in manufacturing? We’re seeking a Machine Operator to join our production team and play a key role in manufacturing industry-leading products. In this role, you’ll operate extrusion and production equipment, ensure smooth production flow, and work closely with Maintenance and Quality teams to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor extrusion and production equipment.
• Perform equipment startup, shutdown, and routine operating activities.
• Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and elevate concerns when necessary.
• Support continuous production flow while maintaining quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with Maintenance, Quality, and Production teams.
• Identify and report safety hazards or equipment concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Hours

6 PM – 6 AM Thursday – Saturday and every other Wednesday.
