Job Description

• Involvement in set-up, start‑up, shut‑down, and adjustments of machines.
• Provides some input on Standard Operating Procedures.
• Follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) with some supervision.
• Adheres to housekeeping and safety policies.
• Demonstrates greater independence and technical knowledge.
• Performs more advanced tasks, such as clearing most common machine faults, completing majority of set‑up, start‑up, and shut‑down operations, and conducting controls and adjustments for machines.
• Provides substantial input on Standard Operating Procedures.
• Manages operational metrics (output and scrap), striving for improvement.
• Utilizes SAP for inventory tracking and production management.
• Works with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) to support production workflows.
