Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Operator to help improve efficiency and product quality on our Illinois production lines. You will contribute to meeting customer demands and support operational excellence.

You will operate and monitor machinery, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot basic issues, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of machine operation, safety standards, and quality control processes.
• Ability to perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
• Familiarity with reading production schedules and work instructions to meet output targets.
• Experience with standard manufacturing tools and equipment relevant to machine operation.

The salary range for this position is (Low: $37,900.00 - High: $56,700.00). Please note that this information serves as a general guideline.
