Job summary

Lucas Milhaupt, LLC is seeking a Machine Operator to join our on-site team in Wisconsin. The role requires operating assigned equipment, reading technical prints, and maintaining tooling while following safety programs. You will participate in continuous improvement activities and support Lean initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a High School diploma or GED and can work independently to meet deadlines. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, and quarterly/annual bonus plans

Qualifications

• High School education or GED required with some manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read technical prints/specifications and produce to these specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate assigned equipment with limited supervision.
• Perform quality checks as needed.
• Read job specifications and produce to them.
• Inspect and maintain necessary equipment and tooling.
• Weigh scrap generated during production.
• Ensure proper pack out per specifications and quality requirements.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
