Reliance, Inc. seeks a Machine Operator in a fabrication environment to produce quality parts safely and efficiently. You will set up, maintain, and operate machinery within a metal fabrication facility, adhering to procedures and quality standards.
Responsibilities include reading blueprints, planning, inspecting pieces, and assisting in maintaining a clean, safe workspace. In-house training will develop your skills and ensure compliance with safety policies.
The Fabrication job family ensures an environment of continuous improvement exists in the organizations production processes, operating procedures and workflows in order to achieve internal and external customer satisfaction. General areas of responsibility include producing products for OEM partners; developing quality objectives; documenting procedures; implementing and measuring quality measurements; delivering training; and leading the organization through industry quality certification processes. Positions in fabrication as a Machine Operator include areas in Laser Cutting, Laser Punch Presses, Tube Laser, Forming (Press Brakes), Stamping, Machining, Robotic Welding, Saw, Bar Room, and Utility.
