Verifies correct product, films, boxes, etc.Starts machine and observes operation to detect malfunction of machine.Tracks film to ensure that front and back are lined up properly.Makes minor adjustments as needed. Eye registration, moving scanner and adjusting box index.Ensures that all safety equipment is in place before operating machine.Makes up boxes; loads film; checks product supply; sets up totes and pumpsInspects filled packets to ensure that product is packaged according to specifications. Inspect packet checking for leaks and/or seeps.Seals packaged boxes with tape.Places sealed boxes on pallets and palletize in a neat manner according to pallet configurations.Fills out production work order properly.
