Job summary

Novo Logistics in Dothan, Alabama seeks reliable, team-oriented machine operators for a fast-paced plant environment. You will follow instructions, perform inventory checks, maintain safety standards, and assist team members in day-to-day operations.

This full-time, non-exempt role offers weekly pay, overtime opportunities, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and PTO; high school or GED preferred, 6 months of plant/warehouse experience encouraged, with emphasis on safety and

Qualifications

1 year of warehouse or plant experience preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds and levels of management.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Work within a fast-paced, team-driven environment, where you will follow instructions and meet deadlines.
Perform inventory control activities to maintain the highest level of quality and ensure accurate inventory.
Maintain high standards of safety throughout operations.
Maintain housekeeping standards.
Assist Team Members with day-to-day operations as directed.
