Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a quality-focused Machinery Operator in Hoschton, Ga. In thisrole, you will be responsible for maintaining high manufacturing standards while ensuring every product meets exact specifications.

In a Machinery Operator job, you’ll be responsible for:

• Operating and monitoring industrial machinery according to safety and production guidelines.


• Performing critical quality checks to ensure products meet all specifications and standards.


• Adjusting machine settings as needed to optimize both quality and efficiency.


• Identifying, documenting, and reporting any defects or process issues to the team.


• Completing all production and quality-related documentation with high accuracy.


• Assisting with basic machine maintenance and technical troubleshooting.

What you’ll need:

• Previous experience as a machinery operator or machine technician.


• Proven experience specifically in quality control or quality inspection.


• The ability to accurately read measurements, blueprints, or work instructions.
