Job summary

Openwork is seeking a quality-focused Machinery Operator in Hoschton, GA to uphold high manufacturing standards and ensure products meet exact specifications.

You will operate and monitor industrial machinery, perform quality checks, adjust settings, and document all production activities, with a contract-to-hire path and a first shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a machinery operator or machine technician.
• Quality control or quality inspection experience.
• Ability to read measurements, blueprints, or work instructions.
• Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience in an industrial environment or with quality systems like ISO or GMP.

Responsibilities

• Completing all production and quality-related documentation with high accuracy.
