Job summary

1st Choice Staff Recruitment is seeking a Machine Operator for a permanent role in Bedford. You will operate and maintain machinery in a production facility, ensuring safety and quality while meeting daily production targets.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, physically fit, and experienced in a process environment. Shifts rotate 6am–6pm and 6pm–6am on a 4 on/4 off basis, with a shift premium included.

Salary:£26,951 per annum + £3,288.96 Shift Premium
Hours:4 on 4 off, rotational days and nights, 6am - 6pm & 6pm - 6am

Our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Bedford, is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join their team as a Machine Operator on a permanent basis.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery in their industry leading production facility. You will play a critical role in ensuring production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine operation, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
