Job summary

Bosch-HomeComfort is seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator III for our Norman, OK facility on 2nd shift. You will set up, operate, and monitor equipment, read blueprints, and perform routine maintenance while ensuring quality and safety standards.

You will enter production data, generate reports, and collaborate with teammates to drive efficiency and continuous improvement on weekends as required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience working weekends.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints accurately
• Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with quality control standards and preventive maintenance procedures
• Technical certifications related to machine operation preferred
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to commute to Norman, United States for Weekends, 2nd Shift
