Job summary

UFP Industries, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator II at our Woodburn, OR facility. This full-time role involves setting up and operating production machinery while following established procedures to ensure quality products. You will help maintain inventories, keep a clean work area, and participate in safety and continuous improvement activities.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of manufacturing experience, basic math skills, and is 18+ years old. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in manufacturing and/or assembling is required.
• Working knowledge of basic math preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates production machines according to established procedures.
• Secures and maintains materials and supplies required for operation.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area and reports safety concerns.
• Monitors machine to ensure quality and stacks finished products per procedures.
• Participates in safety, CI and other programs and meetings.
