Highline Warren is seeking an experienced Machine Operator II to support our production lines. You will operate and calibrate machinery, monitor processes, and perform routine maintenance to ensure efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Operate a computer and use reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a variety of complex machinery independently.
• Set-up and calibrate machines based on production requirements, and perform changeovers.
• Monitor production processes, adjusting machine settings as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions or defects.
• Train and mentor entry-level machine operators.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to optimize production efficiency.
• Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting actions and irregularities.
