Job summary

Brasseler USA is seeking an equipment operator to operate and maintain multiple machines within the department, ensuring production KPIs are met and documentation is accurately recorded. The role supports quality inspections and timely reporting of issues.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area, following standard procedures, and performing additional duties as assigned to meet departmental goals. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand and perform standard procedures and work instructions.
• Intermediate mechanical skills required.
• Basic math and logic skills required.
• Basic computer skills and software use experience required.
• Clear and effective communication skills via email, telephone, and video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Operates multiple machines and/or processes in the department, efficiently, maintaining production KPIs.
• Maintains all required documentation of work; notifies quality when inspections are required and reports any scrap parts.
• Notifies manager of any identified issues/errors on processes and/or tools and machinesthat requirerepair and/or replacement; notifies quality when inspections are required and reports any scrap parts if applicable; and identifies any issues or errors and notifies supervisor or manager of situation.
• Maintains a clean and clutter-free work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned to ensure departmental goals are met.
