Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.

• Operate a computer with spreadsheets and reporting software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a variety of complex machinery independently.
• Set up and calibrate machines based on production requirements and perform changeovers.
• Monitor production processes and adjust machine settings as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions or defects.
• Train and mentor entry-level machine operators.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to optimize production efficiency.
