Benchmark in Rochester, MN, is seeking an SMT operator to run PCB and system assembly lines. You will learn and perform tasks across PCB and systems assembly, ensure high-quality outputs, and support a 24/7 global operation with flexibility for overtime as needed.
Qualifications include reading assembly docs, adhering to safety policies, and ability to train diverse teams. A high school diploma or GED is preferred with exposure to hazardous waste handling and clean work practices.

Operates the SMT placement equipment and/or other equipment in order to perform the tasks necessary to manufacture PCBs and/or systems.
All employees are responsible for the Quality of their work to ensure BEI meets, or exceeds Customer Satisfaction. 2+ years of experience operating complex equipment; 2+ years of experience mentoring others
Ability to read, write and perform basic math

$19.50 to $22.00 USD. Many factors are considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to skills, certifications, licensures, experience, training, incumbent data, and other business needs.
