Job summary

The Machine Operator I is responsible for manufacturing products safely and efficiently to support the achievement of company objectives.Position ProfileNon-ExemptFull-TimeReporting RelationshipsThe Machine Operator I reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor.Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesFollow all process documents, such as work instructions, procedures, inspection criteria. Report results in appropriate Quality Management System (QMS) and communicate non-conformances to leadership.Manufacture products in alignment with defined output standards as measured by daily operational efficiency.Demonstrate flexibility of schedule when pursuing training opportunities to achieve personal and company objectives.Understands and adheres to all safety requirements. Communicates identified risks to leadership and assists in resolution.Completes all 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) standards to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.Maintains regular and reliable attendance.Contributes to culture through alignment with company values and code of conduct.
