Job summary

Seaway Plastics is seeking a production operator to follow detailed work instructions and maintain high-quality parts. You will ensure compliance with IQMS and ISO standards while keeping your workstation clean and organized.

You will monitor cycle times, report inefficiencies, and document any rejects. Strong communication across shifts and a professional attitude are essential for success in this role.

• Follow work instructions to ensure quality parts.
• Maintain company manufacturing standards to produce acceptable parts.
• Maintain cycle times and report inefficiencies to the process technician or supervisor.
• Recognize and record rejects and report excessive rejects per work instruction standards.
• Follow IQMS and ISO standards and support safety practices.
• Recognize and report safety issues to supervisor.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and organization.
• Communicate effectively from operator to relief operator.
• Perform processes for each job-specific production mold with varying complexity.
• Use approved samples and quality documents as guidelines during production.
• Meet standards for efficiencies, scrap, and safety.

• Performs the process and task for each job specific production mold consisting of varying levels of complexity
• Use the provided approved sample and quality documents as a guideline during production
• Responsible for meeting standards for efficiencies and scrap, and safety
