Elemental Brands in Reno is seeking a Machine Operator I to run production equipment for linear lighting applications. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety guidelines, with a Mon-Thu schedule, 6:30 am–5 pm, at the distribution center.

The candidate will operate multiple machines, assemble and test components, perform quality checks, and document results. Prior hands-on tooling and basic electrical knowledge are valued for this hands-on manufacturing position.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year in manufacturing/distribution environment with hands tools
• MS Office (Word, Excel) and Fishbowl Inventory is a plus
• Excellent listening and communication skills (verbal/written)
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Excellent attention to detail, driven, works well independently, problem solving
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic machinery preferred

Responsabilidades

• Operate production machinery in designated work centers
• Assemble, test, and modify prototypes or parts, including soldering wires
• Follow procedures to check, test, and inspect finished goods prior to shipment
• Conduct tests on electrical function, reliability and packaging quality
• Use hand tools safely to complete work orders
• Establish positive working relationships with Elemental team members
