Milwaukee Tool is hiring a Machine Operator on A Shift (5am-3pm, Monday–Thursday) to support production of quality parts. You will operate diverse equipment, follow detailed work instructions, and log outputs accurately.

The role emphasizes safety, 6S standards, and collaboration with maintenance and cross-functional teams. Qualified applicants have a high school diploma or equivalent, some machine operation experience, and strong basic math/mechanical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude.
• Understand and adhere to safety and 6S standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment on A Shift (5am-3pm, Mon-Thu) to meet production criteria.
• Follow all safety policies and 6S standards to maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Refer to work instructions and control plans using electronic devices; log production numbers accurately.
• Identify and respond to equipment issues; collaborate with Set Up Technician to resolve problems.
• Place processed parts into containers and palletize per the work instruction and quantity targets.
• Perform autonomous maintenance tasks as prescribed and assist cross-functional teams as needed.
