Dover Food Retail is seeking a Machine Operator I for the 2nd shift in South Chesterfield, VA to fabricate parts per engineering drawings and BOMs. You will set up fixtures, layout work, and ensure accurate assemblies while performing basic maintenance and safety checks.

The role requires 1–3 years of fabrication experience, good math and measurement skills, and the ability to read tape measures. We value teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of production fabrication or similar experience preferred.
• Must be able to read a tape measure and understand fractions/decimals.

Responsabilidades

• Fabricate assemblies/parts per engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Set up and lay out work using fixtures to fabricate parts.
• Review finished work for accuracy and report issues.
• Maintain safe use and upkeep of tools and equipment.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and training.
