Job summary

TBG Recruiting is seeking Machine Operators / General Utility workers for a union production facility in Flemington, NJ. The role supports production operations on 2nd or 3rd shift with a strong pay progression and benefits after 120 days.

The position is full-time with 40 hours per week plus mandatory overtime. Responsibilities include operating and monitoring machines, loading materials, and ensuring quality and safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Operate and monitor production and packaging machines to support production flow.
• Inspect products for quality and packaging defects.
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and cleaning.
• Follow all production, quality, and safety procedures.
• Perform general labor duties and assist with other production tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packaging machines.

• Move materials and finished products as needed.
