Job summary

WSI Talent in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our Kentwood-based production team. You will operate and maintain packaging lines, help ensure high-quality snacks, and support efficient daily outputs.

This on-site role offers shift differentials ($17–$19 per hour) and a pathway for hands-on training, with a focus on GMP, safety, and continuous learning to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle calculations.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to varying situations.
• Physical capability to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and moving items.
• Good vision and focus, essential for operating machinery.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication.
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.

• $17/ hr for 1st & 2nd shift, $19/ hr for 3rd shift
