Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Machine Operator to oversee setup and operation of designated equipment and to maintain production quality in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively within a small team. Training will cover safety policies and data entry procedures as part of daily responsibilities.

SUMMARYResponsible for the overall production and operational maintenance of the assigned machine.
