Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking motivated Machine Operators with a passion for safety to join our team in Sheboygan, WI. You will operate the line with minimal supervision, perform basic maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and drive improvements to reduce waste while meeting production goals.

We offer a hourly wage with shift differentials and require flexibility to work all shifts, including overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, agricultural, warehouse OR military environment OR completion of post-high school education in manufacturing/industrial.
• Previous experience operating production machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate line with minimal supervision, maintaining productivity, waste and quality targets.
• Perform basic asset care and routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production and reduce downtime.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors; work collaboratively to meet production goals.
• Assist in setup, operation, and monitoring of machinery according to procedures.
