Job summary

Fire Dept Cannabis/Feel Goods in Tigard, OR is seeking a Machine Operator to load pre-roll material, monitor production, and perform quality checks with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will work closely with the Production Manager and Production Director to coordinate strains and materials, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure compliance with OLCC regulations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 of age or over (OLCC regulation).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must possess an OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit.
• Experience with machine operations.
• Technical and mechanical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot errors and correct them.
• Attention to detail and organization skills.
• The ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• The ability to speak, read and write English proficiently.
• The ability to understand and comply with sanitation and safety regulations;
• The ability to work quickly and accurately.
• The ability to work independently in a room with others.
• The ability to adapt to changing circumstances without notice.

Responsibilities

• Addressing any potential safety issues with the machine and reporting them to the Production Manager and Production Director.
• Other duties may be required and assigned.

Work Hours: 7:00AM - 4:30PM or 2:00PM - 10:30PM
